Who runs BMU (pending legal review)

BMU, Better Me University, is run by MM3 through Idea House Publishing ("we" and "us"). Contact: hello@bettermeuniversity.com, or the contact form on the About page.

Educational purpose

BMU courses, guides, and tools are for education and personal growth. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Quizzes and self checks are for reflection only and are not diagnoses.

Use of content

You are welcome to use the free courses, tools, and printable guides for your own personal use and to share links to them. Please do not copy, resell, or republish the content without written permission.

BMU All Access

BMU All Access is a monthly membership at $9.99 a month that gives you unlimited access to the course catalog. Enrollment is not open yet, and joining a waitlist is free and is not a purchase. When enrollment opens, you can cancel any time from your account in two clicks, we will email you a reminder before every renewal with the date, the amount, and a link to cancel, and you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying. Full billing terms will be shown before you pay.

Automatic renewal (pending legal review)

When enrollment opens, All Access will be a monthly subscription at $9.99 a month, plus any tax that applies. It renews automatically each month, on the same day of the month you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time, in two clicks, from your account page or the cancel link in any billing email. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We will email you three days before every renewal with the date, the amount, and a link to cancel. The price, billing period, and how to cancel will be shown again before you pay.

Not therapy, and not affiliated with the VA or the military

BMU is education, not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. BMU is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the VA, the Department of Defense, or any branch of service.

Not an accredited institution

BMU (Better Me University) is a self improvement learning community. It is not an accredited college, university or school, and it is not affiliated with any government agency or the military. BMU courses do not award college credit, degrees, diplomas, licenses or professional certifications, and BMU certificates of completion are informal. Courses are for education and personal growth, not legal, financial, medical or mental health advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on what you learn here. Check education benefit and financial aid rules with official sources before acting on them.

BMU Tutors

BMU only introduces students and tutors. Tutors are independent people, not BMU employees, agents or contractors, and they are responsible for their own sessions. BMU does not supervise sessions, does not guarantee a match or any result, and does not process tutoring payments at this time. Do not pay a tutor directly. Students under 18 need a parent or guardian on the request, and tutors must pass a background check before working with anyone under 18. The Tutor Guidelines are part of these terms.

No guarantees

We work to keep content accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Limitation of liability (pending legal review)

To the fullest extent the law allows, BMU and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the site, courses, tools, or guides. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid BMU in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law (pending legal review)

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
