Military Spouse Orientation: Your First 90 Days

What you will be able to do

• Explain DEERS and the sponsor's role, list the papers to add a spouse, and book a RAPIDS ID card office visit.
• Explain the 90 day TRICARE window after marriage (a QLE), name Prime and Select, find the region, and note separate dental enrollment.
• Choose the right support office for a need: Military OneSource, the branch family center (ACS, FFSC, M&FRC, MCCS), PFMs, and legal assistance.
• Put the first PCS steps in order (orders, transportation office counseling, DPS or MilMove shipment, Plan My Move) and name where to get move help.
• Build a dated 90 day plan and a who to call sheet with no private numbers.
